A window box, early April, the tulips finally showing up. This tumbler belongs there — soft greens, tiny tulips, a wavy rim that looks like it grew that way.
Wheel thrown in stoneware clay and trimmed, wavy rim modified off the wheel. Hand painted with underglaze, bisque fired, glazed, and fired again.
Made with lead-free, food safe glazes. To clean gently hand wash with dish soap. Avoid scrubbing. Each piece is one of a kind. Minor variations in the painting and glaze are part of the making.
